Little did I know, the night before I blogged about them, my dear husband ordered them for me. Have I mentioned how awesome he is? He's awesome.
Sadly, the next day he got an email saying they were out of stock. They were a holiday special sort of deal and now the only sizes left are 5 or 12. If you happen to have either of those size feet you should probably buy them right now and thank your lucky stars for your small and/or large feet. So, figuring they probably won't be getting more holiday shoes in May, I went ahead and picked out another pair- less glitzy, but still fabulous I think.

Pretty cool right? They came yesterday and I l-o-v-e them! I can't wait to wear them on our trip to Utah!
I do have to say, TOMS had a really great idea. They take something Americans are so good at- being consumers- and make you feel SO GOOD about it! I just gave an underprivileged child shoes! They lay it on thick too- my shoes came with a bracelet with a tender story about a child giving one to the founder. What a good idea right? I feel so good about buying my shoes that I just may want to buy another- you know, to help more kids and stuff:)
Thats just good marketing.
